Shipments
SHIPMENTS
We add to all the orders some special and exclusive gifts from W.I.A. clothing co.
We ship our products in boxes or envelopes made up to 70% of recycled paper.
All our shipments are processed weekly on Wednesday.
All our shipments are currently processed through the italian postal service.
The tracking informations provided to the customers refers to the tracking services of the italian postal service.
We provide different shipping profiles based on your location:
- For our customers in the Area of Bergamo contact us and we eventually agree a free hand delivery
- For Italian customers shipping cost is 5€
and delivery is about 2/5 days (7/10 on islands)
- For EU customers shipping cost is 10€
and delivery is about 10/20 days
- For United Kingdom customers shipping cost is 20€ and delivery is about 10/20 days
- For european (No EU,No UK) shipping cost is 25€ plus 5€ additional for each item* and delivery time depends on the location (10 to 30 plus days)
- US shipments are currently not available
- We sadly can't ship in Asia/Africa/Oceania/Middle East.
*We reserve ourself to cancel and immediatly refound any order in the eventual impossibilty to ship in a certain country, contact us via our contact form for further information
RETURNS
- returns accepted within 30 days starting from the day when the good has been delivered to you
- the return shipment is payed by the customer, unless agreed differently
- you'll have no restocking fee
- you'll need a proof of purchase for the return to be valid
- before an eventual exchange or refound of your purchase we need to receive the goods back, sorry but no refound or exchange are available in the impossibility of getting our original goods back
- gadgets added to your shipment are not subject to any from of return or exchange
